The Doom of YC?

When I first learned that the new programming language is natural language, I was trying to figure out if you are using AI to build your app, or your app has AI in it then you probably know how to code or might need an app to take down all your mental notes. I actually applied to YC with a few of my ideas, well I guess I should say my actual platforms, because they are all already live. I don't understand why anyone needs to go through a program where they are still teaching the old SaaS product way, AI apps don't follow the normal "choose one vertical" and focus on that, find product market fit for that vertical and spend millions on hiring devs, advertising, PR, etc. All that is the past, I hope they change the way they teach people because I haven't heard anything about any of the apps that have came outta YC in the last 6 months. Is it possible that AI is so disruptive that YC can't fund unicorns anymore? Why do we need all that money or capitol when most AI tools are dirt cheap? And no one needs programmers, AI is the programmer, it makes no sense to me. Please someone explain what I am missing, because I've done my research very well, and it's not adding up.

How much revenue are your platforms pulling in?

If you feel you dont need VC funds and dont need VC management and brand promotion, then dont use them. Note though that a good or even great idea is almost never enough.

The AI bubble will pop and true devs will rise back to the top. Vibe coding does not yield the best results

If you say so. I cannot convince you of anything else, can I?
